by The Round Top Antique Show, for those unfamiliar, is a miles-long market from flea to high end merchandise with vendors from all over the world. Ongoing twice a year for over 50 years, this Texas phenomenon engulfs Round Top, TX, along with its highway frontage stretching 40 miles from Brenham to La Grange.
“Round Top” has evolved from a local provincial antique fare to a colossal celebrity event hosting oceans of both wholesale and retail shoppers! Vendors from all over the United States convene to sell their wares, pleasing the crowds with just about anything antique and beyond!
Beautiful Bathtub thanks the vendors (of whom most) haul hundreds of thousands of pounds of merchandise across country two times a year and keep their tents up and doors open for days at a time to connect with and satisfy their dedicated clientele.
We usually spend two weeks, both spring and fall shows, shopping the entire stretch of the event and can count on acquiring a great selection of antique and vintage porcelain fixtures in any and every condition. This spring was no exception! We returned with farm sinks, claw-foot bathtubs, drinking fountains, vintage bathroom sinks and much more.
